Asia Trafo designs and manufactures power transformers in accordance with the specifications of the Electricity Authority and also provides custom design and manufacturing services to meet customer requirements. All products comply with IEC 60076, TIS 384 Part 1–2567, and IEEE Std C57.12.90–2021 standards. Designed by expert engineers, the transformers can be manufactured with capacities ranging from 1 to 10,000 kVA and with a maximum voltage of up to 36 kV.
Dry-type transformers do not use oil for cooling. Heat dissipation is achieved through natural or forced air circulation within the transformer (air cooling). They are suitable for use in high-rise buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, or facilities requiring enhanced safety measures, as well as in industries that require controlled cooling conditions.
Oil-immersed transformers use insulating oil as a cooling medium, providing high operational efficiency in high-temperature environments or under high-voltage applications. They are suitable for outdoor installation or use in industrial plants and similar facilities.
