Low-Voltage Electrical Equipment Maintenance Services
(MDB, DB, Panels)
We provide preventive maintenance (PM) services for low-voltage electrical systems in factories, buildings, and condominiums. Our services cover electrical control panels, including MDB (Main Distribution Boards), DB (Distribution Boards), and circuit breakers. Functional testing of electrical systems is performed in accordance with international standards by a team of professional electrical engineers.
Preventive maintenance helps reduce unexpected electrical system shutdowns during production processes (breakdowns) by restoring electrical systems to optimal operating condition and ensuring reliable performance.
Preventive Maintenance (PM) is a proactive approach aimed at preventing equipment failures before they occur during operation. In accordance with standards, an annual electrical maintenance plan is required to inspect the entire electrical system and conduct detailed testing on selected equipment, such as testing devices within MDB panels or testing ACB (Air Circuit Breakers). This approach minimizes the risk of equipment failure and sudden electrical system breakdowns during production.

Panel

Copper Busbar & Insulation Support
- Inspection of the condition of copper busbars and insulation supports
- Inspection of all busbar connection points inside the panel
- Inspection of busbar supports inside the panel
- Functional inspection of control systems in both Auto and Manual modes
- Inspection of fuse bases and HRC circuit breakers
- Condition inspection and capacitance measurement of capacitors (Capacitor Test)
ACB
- Inspection of the external condition of the ACB

Monitoring
- Inspection of the external condition of metering devices
